Post Knocking.
VVS has 2 x Munro post knockers. The Munro design utilises vibrating technology, which enables the placement of the post to be a smoother process.
Pete and his Team establish new vineyard blocks with strainers and posts, also providing marking out the block and running out trellis wire.
Barrel Pruning.
VVS has 2 x Pellenc tractor mounted Barrel Pruners. Can pre prune blocks through the pruning season, very efficient, and can cut to any height.
The barrels roll around the post.
Envirosteels are an maintenance free vineyard post for barrel pruners, the machine just skirts around the post with ease.
Machine Harvesting.

VVS has 2 X Harvesters a UR 800 and UR 900 tow behind.
With a good Team, the Vintage crew is ready to harvest the fruit, with tractor/driver/gondola x 2
Servicing Barossa and surrounds plus Angle Vale.
Fertiliser Spreading.
Seymour Spreader.
This is a Seymour 5000 with hungry boards,Spreader for Gypsum/ Mulch, lime,manure.
Front belts for Under vine or spinners on the back for broadcasting.Scales for accurate readings and speed calibration.

Vine Trimming - Summer trimming is essential to create better airflow underneath the canopy, and for easier mechanical harvesting, but also allows for sprays to penetrate the vine more efficiently.
