Our Vision.

 

 Many years spent in establishing Vineyard posts/ repairs and working with permapine and creosote posts, sought Pete to think about a better alternative. Not just for the person knocking them in, but for the consumer and the Environment also.

 

For the past  5 years, Pete has spent designing and trialing a steel post, this post would have to be sturdy, maintenance free, machinery compatible, Australian made and more importantly Eco friendly to ensure sustainability.

This is Envirosteels -  1.6mm thick Australian steel and manufactured and designed in Australia. Grade of steel is 350-400.

No clips or any other attachments needed, wire clips into notches. Notches can be varied to suit Vineyard, and as many as needed. No more stapling.

The new Envirosteels Vineyard Post ticks all the boxes.

It is maintenance free, no broken posts, saving on repair costs, fire resistant, Eco friendly, no leaching into soils. Machinery will walk around it and very user friendly for the person working with it, light and chemical free.

But Most importantly Envirosteels is 100% Recyclable.

In all the years of working in Vineyards, Pete has seen the immense replacement needed with wooden posts due to breakage from machinery, the repair costs involved, are ongoing and expensive. On top of that, Vineyards are left with permapine posts which are non recyclable and non disposable, so most of these posts are stock piled on properties.

Envirosteels may well be more expensive up front, but if you add in ongoing costs with other posts, it will be more cost effective over the long run, and save the hassle of all the time and effort involved with replacements.
